  • Lead assessments and build treatment plans while supervising and mentoring our behavior technicians.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
    • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
    • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians
    • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educators
    • Monitor progress and adjust programs using data
    • Keep documentation accurate and up to date
    • Pursue ongoing professional development

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
    • Current BCBA certification
    • State licensure or eligibility (as applicable)
    • Experience with children, ideally in early intervention
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Comfortable working independently and on a team

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • Current BCaBA certification
    • Works under the supervision of a BCBA
    • Experience with children, ideally in ABA
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

    • Collect accurate behavioral data during sessions

    • Support and coach families on strategies
    • Keep session notes up to date

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma minimum (Bachelor's preferred)
    • RBT certification, or willing to earn it within 30 days
    • Prior experience with children is a plus
    • Patient, warm, and dependable
    • Strong communication skills
